Ethnographic Research
A qualitative research study looking at the social interaction of users in a given environment. This research provides an in-depth insight into the user’s views and actions along with the sights and sounds they encounter during their day. It provides the researcher with an understanding of how those users see the world and how they interact with everything around them.
Qualitative & / Quantitative Data to Insights
We gather all the findings from the Ethnographic Research and start to make sense of them. We synthesize the data and identify key pain point clusters or themes, assumptions and identify opportunities.
Ideation Workshop
With the key pain point clusters in mind, we now co-create and ideate with the end-users and businesses to form an alignment of the products / services / processes.
Rapid Prototyping & Test with your users
The ideas generated from the ideation workshop / phase allows a good starting point of what your user wants and what the business wants to offer. With that, we will design an clickable prototype (it can be a product or an improved workflow) and validate with the actual users.
CXUXUI Design > Product Development
Define and design the customer + user experience flow for the *Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This allows you to quickly go-to market and have it further test with real users and iterate on your products or services.
*Minimum Viable Product:
A version of a product with just enough features to be usable by early customers who can then provide feedback for future product development. A focus on releasing an MVP means that developers potentially avoid lengthy and unnecessary work
